Element Orlando Universal Blvd.

As a Marriott BonVoy member, I recently booked my inaugural stay at the Element Hotel from October 24-26, 2025, for a two-night birthday weekend. The valet service was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the premises. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Diego, whose welcoming service was exemplary. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and my room provided a comfortable, home-like atmosphere, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I was particularly impressed by Diana, a member of the staff, who presented me with a personalized birthday card and chocolates. I highly recommend the Element Hotel and its location.I have rated this response a 10 due to the exceptional staff. I believe this hotel is comparable to establishments such as the J.W. Marriott and The Ritz.

A Birthday Celebration We’ll Never Forget From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. The service was outstanding, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our room was spotless and beautifully prepared, making us feel comfortable and relaxed right away. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the thoughtful birthday surprise for my husband. A birthday card personally signed by the employees, balloons, and chocolates left in our room were such a kind and unexpected touch. We chose this hotel to celebrate his birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. This was a true five-star experience in every sense. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality, attention to detail, and for creating such a memorable celebration for us. We can’t wait to return!

This is the best value on the iDrive by far! There’s free parking on the fourth floor of the parking garage that is walking distance to the hotel, outside most of your windows You will get a view of the Orlando eye, and you will be able to have a kitchenette in your room! After my experience at other Marriott properties, I really recommend this location and will be a booking it anytime I want to stay on iDrive. My only suggestion is that they steam vacuum their furniture in the lobby to get any stains more often. Otherwise great job Element Orlando!

Diogo (I believe that’s how you write his name) was superrrr nice!!! Great customer services. I am going there because of my fiancé surprise birthday and I asked if he can get a little be of a nicer room and he was be able to accommodate. Thanks so much! That’s what customer services is all about and is not just the accommodation is the way we express himself. Good job!!! :)

Mrs Donna was very friendly I couldn’t check in because they were sold out. They allowed me to sit inn the lobby and look for other accommodations quietly. It took me a while because I’m very picky. She turned the tv on and offered a complimentary refreshment. So kind! Latara was friendly as well!

The service was incredible! The receptionist, Donna, is simply the best employee I've ever met. She's polite, kind, funny, and I felt extremely satisfied with her service! The hotel has a good structure, and the rooms are all new, from what I saw. I would definitely come back! Thank you, Donna!!!!

Wonderful Stay at an Amazing Hotel! I had an incredible experience during my two-night stay at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, spacious with full kitchens, making it feel like a home away from home. The cleanliness was impeccable, which truly stood out to me. The hotel is in a fantastic and convenient location, about 2 miles from the new Epic Universe theme park. It offers a delicious, free breakfast that is a great start to each day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the general manager after my visit; we bonded over our shared love for the Florida Gators, which made the experience even more memorable. I genuinely love this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. I left with no complaints whatsoever and look forward to returning!

I loved my stay! Booked on an explore rate and thought it was an incredible value for what I paid. The room was the perfect size for two people and I could even see fireworks! The only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the shower was a bit lacking and if I had been there for more than a couple days it probably would've been more of an issue but all in all I was very, very pleased!
